Gellar: This little bit of advice originated from Galit Laibow — among my two amazing partners along with Greg Fleishman. Always surround yourself with those who are smarter and learn than you do. We’ve such an incredible band of advisors with vast experience in every areas of business that people can call on all the time. Their knowledge is invaluable.

Entrepreneur: What’s on the horizon for you personally?

Gellar : Apart from our excitement at being part of Entrepreneur Live, we just achieved wide retail distribution (in over 7,500 stores) so our main focus right now is supporting our stores through quarter four and at exactly the same time dialing inside our innovation pipeline for 2018.
